Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the approval process for all loans

• Develop and maintain strong lender relationships

• Oversee contracts in transit

• Manage and train F&I producers

• Evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures

• Sells financing and other available products.

• Provides customers with thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties.

• Converts cash & outside lien deals to finance.

• Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval.

• Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.

• Completes paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and leases in a timely and efficient manner.

• Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc., before forwarding to accounting.

• Provides customers with complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.

• Works with Sales Management team to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.

• Ensures collection of all finance and insurance fees.

• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Finance Manager required, 3 years proven track record is Required

• Knowledge of dealership funding

• Strong leadership qualities

• Ability to work under pressure
