Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guest in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk area
- Maintain guest records and ensure accuracy of information
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
- Perform general office duties such as maintaining cleanliness of the reception area
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong typing and computer skills.
- Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Professional appearance and demeanor
