Seeking Experienced Service Manager
-Average repair order count: 1600/month
-15 Technicians and 5 Service Writers to manage
We have the above region CSI, and our CP is top of the charts. Fantastic location with a working owner here daily. This is a great opportunity to live in Sunny Florida and work with a store that has a great reputation. We want to increase our customer pay Gross and be able to collaborate a great plan to speed up our internal process of used cars.
Requirements
-Organize, oversee, coach, and instruct on all training programs for new and existing employees on product knowledge, DMS, customer service, MPI, walk around, presentation to customers, and operational processes daily.
-Collaborate with GM, Owner, and sales teams new and used to increase service and parts opportunities as well as facilitate equity mining in the service lane to drive sales in variable operations.
-Responsible for achieving manufacturer benchmarks by managing the requirements set forth by the OEM
-Monitor and analyze after sales performance data to identify opportunities and challenges, implementing corrective changes when necessary
