What are the responsibilities and job description for the First Mate position at Naples Princess?
The Naples Princess is recruiting for the position of First Mate.
The First Mate position requires tying/untying the boat, assisting the captain, being knowledgeable to diagnose any common engine room issues, perform regular boat maintenance and regular cleaning of the vessel.
Some heavy lifting occurs and mechanical experience is a plus. Restaurant duties are also required including bartending and serving customers.
Must be familiar with all basic aspects of the boat so some boating experience is necessary. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to maintain a positive working relationship with others. Must be available days, nights, weekends and select holidays.
The Naples Princess is located near downtown Naples and provides an excellent work environment and competitive compensation. Candidate must pass pre-employment background and drug screen.
