Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Commission
Location: Kissimmee, FL
Schedule: Full-time, must be available for weekends, evenings, and holidays—retail waits for no one.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Store Manager in all things awesome.
- Leading by example—coaching the team, driving sales, and keeping spirits high.
- Owning the sales floor and ensuring we hit our KPIs like a retail rockstar.
- Helping customers find what they didn’t know they needed and making their day better.
- Assisting with product knowledge training, and general store magic-making.
You’re Our Ideal Assistant Manager If You:
- Have 2 years of Assistant Manager experience or 2 years of Lead Keyholder experience (we’ll need to see that on your resume).
- Know how to sell—not just “stand around and hope someone buys something.”
- Can hit KPI goals like it’s your superpower.
- Must be 18 years old.
- Are a team player who can coach and lead while keeping it real.
- Know your way around a busy retail environment and actually enjoy it.
- Can handle a little chaos, a lot of customers, and still laugh when someone asks, “Do you work here?”
- Are available to work nights, weekends, and holidays – retail doesn’t sleep, and neither do our customers.
