Overview
We seek a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be crucial in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with potential clients. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for technology sales, and the ability to engage effectively with prospects through various outreach methods.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services.
  • Utilize warm-calling techniques to follow up on leads and nurture relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with potential customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching target markets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong telemarketing skills with a focus on outbound calling.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish are a plus.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is an advantage.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,438.00 - $70,000.00 per year
