Job Title: Bartender

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team in delivering exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the art of mixology, possess excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring customer satisfaction through friendly interactions.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beers, and wines according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and taking orders
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register and following proper cash-handling procedures
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations while handling food and beverages
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service of drinks alongside food orders
- Upsell additional products when appropriate and monitor customer intake to prevent overconsumption
- Stay updated on current beverage trends and attend training sessions as required

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Bartender in a or setting is preferred
- Knowledge of techniques and familiarity with a variety of alcoholic beverages
- Strong skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Ability to handle safely and follow health regulations
- Basic understanding of for inventory management and pricing calculations
- Proficiency in operating a and handling transactions accurately
- Good mathematical skills for measuring ingredients, calculating bills, and making change
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Excellent skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
