Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience. You will manage front desk operations, answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and check them in and out efficiently
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquires via phone and text message
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
- Collect and verify insurance information
- Handle patient paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Process payments and co-pays
- Communicate effectively with staff and providers
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with basic computer programs and office equipment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
Office Hours
- The ideal candidate will be willing to work 32-36 hours per week and 1 Saturday per month
- Monday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Tuesday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Wednesday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Thursday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Friday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Saturday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
