POSITION SUMMARY:
The Early Intervention Program Director (PD) has full responsibility for planning, directing, and administering the Early Intervention program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to program development (including the development of an infant mental health program), program fiscal management, quality assurance, compliance with standards and reporting requirements, public relations, community collaboration/coordination, staff training and technical assistance to programs. Fiscal Responsibility of $2 million per year through various funding streams including fee for service billing, along with general human resource responsibility for 6 employees and oversight of 30 independent contracts for specialized services. All NAPPR employees are expected to demonstrate integrity and focus on NAPPR's mission throughout all aspects of their work.
