We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing accurate information about products and services. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to think quickly and problem solve.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Maintain customer records in an organized manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures and services.
