Key Responsibilities of the Role:

Compliance Champion: Maintain a thorough understanding of cannabis regulations and company policies, ensuring full compliance in all store operations.

Job Requirements
Eligibility
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma, GED, or higher
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 2 years of retail management experience
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with POS systems, inventory management software, and METRC system
Other Willingness Requirements
- Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music
- Willing to move through a store for most of a shift to help customers and accomplish work
- Willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg)
- Willing to work as part of a team and also complete some work independently
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 years of cannabis retail experience in a store leadership/management role
- Cannabis industry certifications or specialized training
- Experience with state-specific cannabis regulations and compliance requirements
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly rate of $18.00 - $20.00 / hr (negotiable based on experience)
