Key Responsibilities of the Role: Customer Experience Champion: Create memorable experiences by warmly welcoming every customer and providing personalized recommendations based on their needs.
Product Expert: Guide customers through our diverse menu, offering knowledgeable advice on cannabis strains, consumption methods, and responsible use.
Operational Excellence: Contribute to the smooth running of the store by assisting with inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Compliance Guardian: Uphold our commitment to responsible sales practices, ensuring adherence to all regulations and prioritizing customer safety.
Continuous Learner: Stay up-to-date on the latest cannabis products, trends, and innovations to provide the best possible service to our customers.

Job Requirements
Eligibility

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Other Willingness Requirements

• Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music
• Willing to move through a store for most of a shift to help customers and accomplish work
• Willing to work as part of a team and also complete some work independently

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

• Previous experience in cannabis retail or customer service
• Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods

Compensation:

• Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
• Cash Tips

• Shifts: 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available
• Work Location: In-person at our retail locations
