Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and equipment.
- Assist with the organization of kitchen supplies and inventory management.
- Help prepare ingredients as needed for cooks and chefs during busy service times.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and support during peak hours.
- Dispose of waste properly and assist in recycling efforts within the kitchen.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or food service environment is preferred but not required.
