Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings, including daily specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system, ensuring all requests are accommodated.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Process cash register transactions accurately, handling payments and providing change as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Uphold food handling safety standards to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of culinary terms and food handling practices is a plus.
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with cash register operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
