Position: Above Restaurant Leader
Compensation: Base Salary Bonus Program
Location: Syracuse, New York
Reports To: VP of Operations
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Staff all restaurants for full operation on a consistent basis with no closure of restaurants and full availability of sales channels (digital, delivery, pickup, drive thru if applicable)
- Hire and staff each restaurant for Manager and Assistant Manager
- Train the manager and assistant manager as per Sagacity culture and LCE bran standards
- Help manager and assistant manager hire develop crew with consistent training
- Maintain competitive yet friendly work culture in each restaurant
- Maintain guest retention by addressing guest complaints and issues
- Maintain timely and effective communication with their leaders regarding the operations involving key items related to sales, growth, repairs and maintenance and other items
- Make each restaurant profitable by making food, labor, guest count goals
- Run food safe operations by doing one operations review per month
- Allocate 50 hours per work week involving 2 visits per week in each restaurant-
- Conduct manager meetings on consistent basis, share and analyze sales and controllables (food, labor, repairs etc.) with managers
- Run consistent operations across all restaurants according LCE standards
- Abide by State and Federal laws
Qualifications:
- Two plus years of Little Caesars or any other Food Service QSR operations experience.
- College degree or diploma preferred but at a minimum High School Diploma with excellent math skills
- Computer skills – must be experienced with interpreting and creating reports, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint or similar data tools. Ability to learn and adapt to restaurant technologies and platform
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and leadership skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to rapidly changing situations and challenges
- Ability to work in varied work schedules.
- Must be a people person.
