Position: Zscaler Engineer
NARIK CONSULTING, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zscaler Engineer to join our team. As a Zscaler Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our Zscaler cloud security platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Zscaler cloud security solutions for our clients
- Configure and maintain Zscaler policies, rules, and filters
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Zscaler platform
- Monitor and analyze Zscaler traffic and provide recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of Zscaler solutions
- Develop and maintain documentation related to Zscaler configurations and processes
- Stay updated on the latest Zscaler features and updates, and provide recommendations for their implementation
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Zscaler cloud security platform
- Strong understanding of network security concepts and protocols
- Experience with configuring and managing Zscaler policies, rules, and filters
- Knowledge of Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) is preferred
- Familiarity with other cloud security platforms such as Palo Alto Networks, Cisco Umbrella, or Symantec CloudSOC
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Zscaler certifications (ZCCA, ZCCP, etc.) are a plus
