EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS :
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE : One year of experience in wastewater process control and instrumentation repair; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. Experience working with 4-20 mA current loops, pressure calibrators and multimeters is preferred
JOB KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS : Installing and calibrating electronics and instrumentation; Following applicable safety principles Proficient using pressure calibrators, multimeters, and temperature standards; General knowledge of wastewater treatment plant process; Knowledge of electronics and instrumentation equipment used in wastewater process control. Basic mechanical and repair principles; Preventative maintenance principles and practices used in process control equipment.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS : Grade I Waste Water Treatment Operator License within one year of employment. Valid Driver’s License in good standing.
