Cleans plant equipment and facilities and maintains a safe working environment. Frequently requires operation of a forklift, Bobcat, front end loader, sweeper, scum truck, and / or pick-up truck.
Collects samples, performs standard tests, and records results; notifies supervisor if readings are abnormal. Assists other operators and plant staff with cleaning, maintaining, repairing, and installing plant equipment.
Receives hazardous materials (chemical deliveries) and completes appropriate paperwork. Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
As required, to drive a facility vehicle on or off site. Medium Work : exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and / or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS : EDUCATION : High School Diploma or G.
