About the role : Narrative Strategies seeks a Video Producer to support our growing creative services team. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of the pre-production, production, and post-production processes and be able to advise on various courses of action with the best creative outcomes in mind. Individuals in this position will serve as the nexus between creative and client account teams, focusing on a wide variety of issue areas and deliverables, from high-budget television ads to internal communications videos.
About the team : Working in tandem with account teams at Narrative Strategies, Creative Services supports the strategic communications objectives of our clients and their brands through graphic design, video production, and digital advertising. We produce high-quality, engaging content that is constructed to inform, inspire, and entertain. With clients across healthcare, tech, financial services, energy, and more, our team aims to amplify and empower brands through an innovative approach and commitment to quality.
Responsibilities : Primary responsibilities include managing the video production process from concept to completion, drafting creative briefs, proposals, budgets, and timelines, directing post-production projects, and communicating progress - and creative choices - to account teams and clients. Identify best practices in video production and project management and incorporate new learnings and procedures. Manage external vendors and freelance creatives as needed. Ideate creative concepts in support of clients communications strategies.
The Ideal Candidate : Candidates must have 7 years of hands-on experience with production and post-production video work and possess excellent collaboration and communication skills, written and oral. This creative problem-solver will excel in a collaborative environment, managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. With a passion for making complex ideas easy to understand, the ideal candidate will inspire trust and teamwork throughout the agency.
