We are seeking enthusiastic interns for the Shiseido Hajimari Summer Internship program, a paid, full-time, 9-week experience from June 2nd to August 1st. Based in our New Jersey and New York offices, this program offers hands-on exposure to the full product life-cycle, from Marketing to Manufacturing, along with impactful projects, networking opportunities, and professional development workshops. About Our NARS Global Ecommerce Team

The NARS Global Ecommerce team is responsible for the brand’s online presence in 40 markets. This includes the online go-to-market strategy and day-to-day execution for product launches and key commercial moments. This team is responsible for representing the needs of brand, retailer, and pure player sites to ensure regional teams have the content, tools, and other support needed to win online. In collaboration with Global Marketing, Digital, Creative, and Copy teams, regional leads, and external vendors, this team ensures consistency and growth through all ecommerce programs to deliver strong traffic and sales, create best-in-class customer experiences, and accelerate digital innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Help develop ecommerce marketing assets for new launches and promotions from end to end, in collaboration with creative, copy, and project management teams
• Maintain global ecommerce launch calendar, asset portal, guidelines, and bulletin
• Assist with KPI reporting, analyze data, and provide recommendations
• Execute competitor research and benchmarking
• Assist with QA testing for launches and development projects
• Maintain virtual try-on tools and shade finders
• Day-to-day support for the Global Ecommerce team
  
  

Requirements

• Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor’s degree
• Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized
• Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented
• Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment
• Have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with industry trends
