We are seeking enthusiastic interns for the Shiseido Hajimari Summer Internship program, a paid, full-time, 9-week experience from June 2nd to August 1st. Based in our New Jersey and New York offices, this program offers hands-on exposure to the full product life-cycle, from Marketing to Manufacturing, along with impactful projects, networking opportunities, and professional development workshops. What You’ll Do
- Support Specialty Product Development team in all aspects of developing products for launch
- Conduct competitive research as needed by category to support formula and collection ideation
- Work with Product Development Manager to learn shade approval process
- Create Marketing Bulletin templates to understand holistic view of launches from a product development and marketing standpoint
- Assist team in preparing hand samples, fulfilling comp requests, and creating swatch videos
- Gain exposure to packaging development process for all limited-edition collections & eye categories
- Maintain and organize product closets
- Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor’s degree
- Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized
- Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented
- Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment
- Have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with industry trends
