About Our NARS Team

What You’ll Do
- Assist in the organization and logistics for launch events: participate in team ideation sessions, join agency calls, submit requested assets/feedback, creator identification and more
- Participate and support in weekly team status meetings
- Maintain and update all relevant databases/spreadsheets – i.e. influencers, media, makeup artists, etc.
- Manage of influencer/press/MUA restock send-outs – inclusive of sourcing product and packing/shipping or overseeing shipment with external fulfillment center
- Ongoing new creator discovery research across various social platforms
- Assist in planning and executing influencer events and activations and supporting event logistics
- Liaise with team on community analysis to strengthen brand loyalty
- Maintain sample inventory for media and influencer programs
- Support team with ongoing administrative needs
- Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor’s degree
- Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized
- Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented
- Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment
- NYC based preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Tribe Dynamics is a plus
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry, social media, influencers and consistently keeping up-to-date with industry trends
