Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients of all ages, including children.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practices.
- Provide psychotherapy and medication management in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective care.
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients with complex medical histories.

Skills

- Experience working with children in a pediatric setting is highly desirable.
