Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to understand and guide customers through their journey, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to post-purchase follow-up. You’ll be key in providing a 5-star experience at every touchpoint.
- Computer proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Slack, Shopify, and other related software.
- Comfortable communicating with customers via phone, email, chat, and Zoom.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking to resolve issues effectively.
- Experience in sales, medical, or health-related industries is preferred but not required.
- Must have an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for wellness.
- Ability to manage shipping and receiving for returns and exchanges.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Be personable, empathetic, and solution-oriented to create positive customer interactions, even in challenging situations.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in health, medical, or wellness industries.
- Familiarity with sinus relief products or respiratory wellness.
- Previous customer service experience or a strong interest in helping others.
- An understanding of customer support throughout the purchasing journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service by guiding customers through every stage of their journey, from inquiries and purchases to follow-ups.
- Answer customer questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure satisfaction.
- Resolve concerns by turning negative experiences into positive outcomes, maintaining a 5-star experience.
- Process returns and exchanges, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for customers.
- Assist with shipping and receiving to manage returned products and send out replacements when needed.
Additional Information:
- This is not a remote position. You must be available to work 9 AM - 5 PM at our Port Saint Lucie, FL office.
