This reflects a strong commitment to attracting top-tier talent for this pivotal role.Key Responsibilities : The role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively on a wide range of litigation tasks, including : Conducting legal research.Drafting motions and legal memoranda.Representing clients in courts and trials.Conducting depositions.Briefing and arguing appeals.Providing legal counsel on complex insurance coverage matters.Qualifications : Minimum 3 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.Proficiency in drafting and arguing motions.Experience with trials, depositions, and appellate briefing.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Analytical and problem-solving expertise.Strong legal research and writing skills.Top-level academic credentials (generally in the top third of law school class).Admission to the New Jersey and New York bars (additional jurisdictions are a plus but not required).REQ # : 2689#J-18808-Ljbffr
