Position Overview :
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of the warehouse. Responsibilities include ordering, sourcing, pulling, organizing, and maintaining inventory, as well as assisting with loading / unloading products and ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly.
Compensation :
Our client offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $30,000 to $36,000, commensurate with your experience, education, certifications, and skill set. This reflects a strong commitment to attracting top-tier talent for this pivotal role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Pull inventory to assemble parts and fixtures for jobs.
- Stock shelves and manage back stock / returns.
- Accurately check vendor orders and follow the proper process for discrepancies.
- Notify Purchasing of any order discrepancies immediately.
- Properly document and turn in all paperwork.
- Pick up stock from vendors as needed.
- Manage product returns and notify Purchasing to track credits.
- Assist in tracking equipment assigned to employees.
- Conduct monthly inventory checks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and grounds.
- Prepare the shop for morning dispatch.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Out-of-state driver’s license holders must provide a Motor Vehicle Driving Record.
Computer and internet proficiency.
