Position Overview :
Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join their team. This is an on-site, full-time position at their Cleveland office. The ideal candidate will assist in all aspects of the litigation process, including legal research, drafting documents, preparing cases, and participating in trials. You will play a critical role in supporting the firm's mission to provide exceptional legal representation.
Compensation :
Our client offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $95,000, commensurate with your experience, education, certifications, and skill set. This reflects a strong commitment to attracting top-tier talent for this pivotal role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analyze case law.
- Draft and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery materials.
- Prepare cases for trial and assist in trial proceedings.
