Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects with a focus on land development.
- Provide direction and mentorship to design staff throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with clients, municipality staff, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
- Review and approve project designs, ensuring compliance with local municipality standards.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
- Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and updates to clients and management.
- Foster a collaborative and cooperative team environment to achieve project goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Required).
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development (Preferred).
- Proficiency in Civil 3D (5 years of experience required).
- Professional Registration as a Civil Engineer in the State of Nevada is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with local municipality standards and staff is a major plus.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
