Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the customer installation of SCR systems independently.
- Install, configure, commission, and troubleshoot subsystems such as pumps, motors, and valves.
- Identify process and equipment improvement opportunities and solve complex problems.
- Manage SCR service programs, including periodic audits and PM programs for end users.
- Develop and maintain PM documents for SCR equipment sold to end users.
- Perform customer training on system features and general maintenance.
- Act as a technical resource for customers and new employees.
- Produce daily progress reports during startups and field service visits.
- Prepare reports, analyze data, and recommend operational improvements.
- Document customer visits, process audits, and troubleshooting approaches.
- International travel up to 25%, potentially several weeks at a time.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of industrial equipment installation and maintenance experience with an engineering degree, or 15 years of direct industrial equipment installation and maintenance management experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a self-starter attitude.
- Proven project completion experience.
- AutoCAD experience or the ability to learn the software.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and OEM manuals.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.
