Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, direct, and supervise clinical and procedural functions of the Emergency Department.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain safe staffing levels and manage department supplies and equipment.
- Oversee patient throughput, ensuring efficient and timely care delivery.
- Develop, implement, and manage the departmental budget.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina (or compact state licensure).
- Certifications: American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience (Manager role or above) in an Emergency Department setting.
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration (MSN, MHA), or a related field.
- Experience working in a community hospital Emergency Department.
