Key Responsibilities:
- Elevator Maintenance & Repair: Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments on elevator systems. Conduct routine preventive maintenance for assigned routes to ensure reliable operation
- Timely Response: Respond promptly to work order requests to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company and industry safety protocols, policies, and standards to maintain a safe working environment
- Experience: At least 5 years of independent experience as an Elevator Mechanic/Technician with a strong mechanical aptitude and proven troubleshooting skills
- Certification: Valid elevator mechanic credentials required. A state elevator license may be considered with additional relevant experience
- Physical Requirements: Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, as determined by a fit-for-duty assessment
