- Addressing customer concerns regarding feed quality, deliveries, and recovery.
- Overseeing budget development, capital plans, and preparing capital requests.
- Acting as the primary liaison with the complex toll-milling partner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily ingredient inventory for Client and FDA compliance.
- Ensure DOT compliance through daily driver report reviews.
- Maximize operational efficiency by improving crumble and pellet quality, tons per hour, and delivery turnaround.
- Manage production, housekeeping, and preventative maintenance teams effectively.
- Address customer concerns and maintain high service standards.
- Monitor budget performance and contribute to capital planning.
- Collaborate with toll-milling partners to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Non-Negotiable Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of feed mill experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related Agriculture Business field preferred, or equivalent management experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record per Client Fleet Safety Manual.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in computer skills, including the ability to generate letters, spreadsheets, and queries.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
