Compensation:

Our client offers a competitive compensation package ranging from$55,000 to $60,000,commensurate with your experience, education, certifications, and skill set. This reflects a strong commitment to attracting top-tier talent for this pivotal role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Supervision:
• Supervise and support radiology staff, ensuring efficient shift operations and task delegation
• Coordinate departmental staffing and maintain workflow organization
• Act as a liaison between staff and the Radiology Director, communicating departmental needs and updates
• Clinical Duties:
• Perform a range of imaging tests, including General Radiography, Fluoroscopy, DXA, Mammography, CT, OR Imaging, and PACS as needed
• Oversee quality control daily, ensuring high standards in all procedures and equipment use
• Administrative Tasks:
• Manage inventory and departmental supplies, making necessary orders to ensure resources are available
• Collaborate with the Radiology Director on shift activities and daily operations
  

Qualifications:

• Education & Certification:
• Certificate and/or Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology
• ARRT(R) certification (additional certification in CT or Mammography required)
• Eligibility for Vermont radiologic technologist licensure
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in radiology
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a union setting
• ARRT certification in both CT and Mammography, as well as radiography
• Familiarity with Epic EMR and Visage PACS systems
