Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from state and other tax authorities.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, effectively working with client management to perform tax services.
- Lead and mentor team members to resolve client tax issues efficiently.
- Understand client operations, processes, and business objectives, applying this knowledge to engagements.
- Conduct professional development and training sessions regularly.
- Oversee multiple client projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Lead sales presentations for existing and prospective clients.
- Support business development efforts, including proposal development and client pursuit activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- CPA or JD License in New York.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience.
- State and Local Income Tax (SALT) experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
