The Maintenance Technician Generalist will work in a food processing environment, addressing a variety of electromechanical equipment issues to support operational efficiency.
Compensation:
Salary: USD $24.55 – $35.10 per hour (depending on experience and education)
Shift Differential: $0.75 for 2nd shift, $1.75 for 3rd shift.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and provide technical support for all phases of operations.
- Understand and apply knowledge from technical and training manuals.
- Handle and distribute cleaning chemicals safely and accurately record data.
- Perform general housekeeping duties and comply with safety, food safety, GMP, and SQF requirements.
- Execute tasks across multiple skill clusters, including electrical controls, fluid power, mechanical systems, welding, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.
- Rotate between different operational positions, as applicable.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards.
- Ability to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, and reaching.
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders and push/pull/lift up to 75 pounds.
- Must be willing and able to meet these physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year of documented maintenance work experience OR completion of an industrial maintenance training program. This can include experience across multiple employers.
- This location is currently not accepting rehires.
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair processes for electromechanical systems.
- Familiarity with handling and distributing cleaning chemicals.
- Strong understanding of technical and training manuals.
