- $1,000 after 1 month (30 days)
- $1,500 after 3 months (90 days)
- $2,500 after 6 months (180 days)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, steam generation, and compressed air systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical devices based on observations and technical manuals.
- Handle both minor and major equipment repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance.
- Install and service utility systems and equipment as needed.
- Complete necessary documentation, such as log entries and reports.
- Comply with safety, food safety, GMP, and SQF standards.
- Utilize SAP functions to manage tasks and paperwork.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- NJ Black Seal Boiler License (High Pressure or higher).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Electrical experience, with knowledge of electro-mechanical systems.
- Ability to work in cold environments ranging from -20 to 40°F.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and lift up to 70 lbs.
- Willingness to perform repetitive motions, stand for extended periods, and climb stairs frequently.
- Experience in Food Manufacturing.
- PSM experience is a plus.
- Training in electro-mechanical or a related field.
Additional Information:
- Shift differential applies for second and third shifts.
- This is a backfill position with no direct reports.
- No relocation assistance or equity is provided.
- Work hours are not flexible.
