NASCAR is looking for a motivated individual to fill the role of Facility Maintenance and Event Setup Specialist. This is a seasonal position that involves assisting the team in preparing the facility and grounds for events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the overall condition of the buildings and grounds.
- Assist with event setup and teardown.
- Perform general building and grounds maintenance, including cleaning, power washing, garbage removal, mowing, weed whipping, tree trimming, landscaping, painting, and event setup.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work overtime, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Frequent lifting and carrying objects/material up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
