Custodian

We are seeking a Janitorial Cleaner to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

$22.00 per hour, 3 days a week during the day, 10-15 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain bathrooms using specific procedures and products.
• Dust, polish, and wipe furniture.
• Empty and wash garbage bins and deal with recycling procedures when necessary.
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, and Vault Toilet cleaning.
• Properly use and maintain power equipment and tools to maintain safety.
• Secure building and doors when they are not in use.
• Following instructions regarding chemical use and safety hazards in the workplace
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Must be able to perform task such as moving, carrying, and storing items.
• Must be able to walk, stand, kneel, reach, etc. as required for cleaning.
• Must be able to comprehend and follow instructions.
• Must be able to work with a team.
• Must be able to follow instructions.
• Must be reliable and willing to perform assigned daily tasks.
• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields.
