Position Overview:
The On-Site Supervisor (OSS) will oversee daily operations of grounds maintenance and snow removal activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate on-site personnel and resources.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Liaise with DLA representatives and address any issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on operations, personnel, and weather conditions.
- Train and supervise staff on equipment use and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in grounds maintenance and snow removal operations.
- Must be fluent in English (read, write, speak, and understand effectively).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
