Senior SAP Quality Assurance Analyst
3 days onsite, 2 days WFH (Monday/Friday)
Location: Miramar, FL only - hybrid 40 Min. Distance or Local candidate
Duration: 12 months (contract to eventual hire)
Required skills: SAP 4HANA
Candidate should have at least one SAP Model Proficient.
Experience with SAP is a must
Proficient in one SAP model, understanding of the others
Interviews: 2 rounds (one non-technical, one technical) via Zoom, camera required
Overview
The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst is responsible for ensuring the overall quality of systems and technology released into ETP s production environment. This role encompasses the full QA lifecycle including planning, documentation, execution, validation, and approval using both manual and automated testing tools within the SGWS environment.
The QA Analyst ensures products meet business requirements and objectives by tracking key quality metrics such as defect counts, test results, and test status. This role involves identifying issues, documenting problems, and collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coach QA Analysts and offshore testing teams.
- Maintain knowledge of QA best practices and serve as a thought leader within SGWS.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance QA programs.
- Facilitate QA training and continuous education for the SGWS team.
- Review and oversee 3rd party testing programs for compliance and quality.
- Lead QA projects and contribute expertise in SGWS tech stack, business processes, and data integrations.
- Develop manual and automated test strategies, plans, scripts, and data.
- Execute and document test results, defects, and assist with issue resolution.
- Support integration and regression testing across multiple systems (e.g., SAP, EWM, Service Cloud).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, business, and external vendors.
- Utilize DevOps and CI/CD tools in alignment with Agile practices.
- Stay current on QA tools, methodologies, and emerging technologies.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor QA metrics.
- Mentor peers, support succession planning, and improve team efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4 years of hands-on QA experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently with strong time management and attention to detail.
- Experience with software test planning and execution tools (e.g., HP ALM).
- Capable of strategic thinking, leading workshops, and executive-level communication.
- Experience mentoring QA professionals and working with offshore or 3rd party teams.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Master s Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with large-scale platforms like SAP, JDA, or Manhattan.
- Familiarity with regression, performance, and automated testing tools.
- SAFe Agile certification.
- Previous experience working with Service Cloud and EWM integrations.
- Experience in coordinating multiple QA teams, including offshore and contract teams.
