Sales and Support Representative

Nasco Healthcare, a leader in healthcare simulation and medical training manikins is seeking to hire a Medical Simulation Sales, Support, and Service Representative.

Job Duties:

• Offer guidance and solutions for users of our products, specifically focusing on medical simulation support.
• Furnish simulation expertise on conventional and AI-driven systems to bolster sales, aid distributors, and assist end-users.
• Travel to hospitals, universities, medical centers, and other customer sites for onsite evaluations, troubleshooting, and repairs using light hand tools or electronics equipment.
• Interpret schematics, drawings, diagrams, or written/verbal instructions to expedite troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ensure the completion of repairs and verify functionality promptly.
• Provide in-service training and installation of high-fidelity simulators at customer locations.
• Engage in conference calls with customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in medical simulation support, ideally in a healthcare setting or simulation context.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical or medical area or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as necessary.
• Aptitude for problem-solving in dynamic environments.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive under pressure.
• Familiarity with workstation software and hardware installation, upgrades, and repairs.
• Proficient with: Windows Software
• Stellar communication and time management abilities.
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
• Ability to work with minimal oversight.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in EMS or Nursing.
• Experience as a Nurse Educator.
• Experience with medical equipment.
• Expertise in moulage techniques.
• Familiarity with the simulation industry and its current best practices.
