Nasdaq Private Market ("NPM"), an independent and leading provider of secondary liquidity solutions for private securities, is seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Manager. For more than 40 years, Nasdaq has supported companies at every business lifecycle stage, leveraging deep expertise in technology infrastructure, regulatory oversight, and operational functions.
In this role, you will connect with high-profile private companies, institutions, and individual investors to facilitate their secondary transactions. Managing multi-stage projects simultaneously, you will coordinate financial flows and utilize client feedback to enhance our technology and service offerings. With the support of an experienced team, you will receive personal training and ongoing education to excel in your role.
Your Responsibilities Include :
- Managing the transaction process from start to finish for late-stage, venture-backed private companies, including executing block trades for investors and shareholders
- Building and nurturing client relationships while providing exceptional customer service to stakeholders at all levels
- Overseeing marketplace operations alongside our Capital Markets team and bank partners
- Advising clients on best practices for executing transactions through our online platform
- Monitoring and controlling all inbound and outbound cash flow
- Processing legal and compliance materials for internal teams and external clients
- Collaborating with various teams (including Capital Markets, Sales, Tech, Legal) to enhance the client experience
- Utilizing Nasdaq Private Market's collaborative environment and resources to drive your professional development
