NPM provides an innovative end-to-end technology platform to enable seamless transactions for private companies and their stakeholders. NPM is both a financial technology provider and operator of its own private marketplace. This enables NPM to offer an institutional-grade, centralized secondary trading venue for issuers, brokers, shareholders and prospective investors of private company stock. This provides clients one platform to transact with confidence, through an experienced, regulated, operator.

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive the company’s IT strategy across infrastructure, support, systems, and security.
• Build and lead a small (but mighty) IT team as we scale.
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize internal tools, SaaS platforms, and collaboration systems (think Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, MDM, etc.).
• Set up scalable identity & access management, endpoint management, and security protocols.
• Partner with engineering and security to establish strong security practices (zero trust, SSO, device policies, etc.).
• Lead vendor selection and contract negotiation for IT services and platforms.
• Create and document IT policies, onboarding/offboarding processes, and internal support workflows.
• Be the escalation point for all IT support issues—especially early on.

What You Bring

• 6–10 years in IT, with at least 3 in a leadership or management role.
• Startup or scale-up experience strongly preferred—you know how to build from 0→1.
• Deep experience with cloud-based IT environments and SaaS management.
• Familiarity with modern security best practices, compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.) a plus.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, Zoom, Notion, Slack, etc.
• Comfort juggling strategy and execution—you’re just as happy designing a roadmap as you are fixing a busted Zoom room.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you know how to work cross-functionally and get stuff done.
