The base pay range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, negotiate agreements, and ensure the successful execution of partnership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the business goals of Nasdaq Corporate Solutions.
- Identify and evaluate potential partners, including technology providers, professional service firms, and other relevant organizations.
- Lead negotiations and manage the end-to-end partnership process, from initial contact to contract execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, sales, and legal, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Drive performance of existing partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and mutual benefit.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 12 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related role, preferably within the financial services or software sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
