Senior Director - Program Manager

Join our innovative team of Product Management professionals as we create cutting-edge data products to better serve our clients. We're building a new Product Governance Office within our Product team, and we're seeking a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment where initiative is valued.

In this role, you'll lead the Nasdaq Data Link product and oversee our product launch framework. You'll be responsible for implementing organizational strategies, managing resources effectively, and executing functional business plans while contributing to strategy development. Your duties will include overseeing project planning, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring alignment with wider business needs.

In this role, you'll:

• Lead the Nasdaq Data Link product and oversee our product launch framework
• Implement organizational strategies and manage resources effectively
• Execute functional business plans and contribute to strategy development
• Oversee project planning and stakeholder relationships
• Manage and deploy our data product framework and governance
• Review business unit performance and ensure alignment with wider business needs
• Motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Lead key strategic projects, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction
  
  

We're looking for someone with:

• 8 years of experience in technology and product management
• A proven track record in complex project delivery
• Strong motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent skills in engaging with clients, suppliers, and internal customers
• Experience with both agile and traditional Waterfall methodologies
• Experience as a Scrum Master

The base pay range for this role is $140,300 - $233,900. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
