Nasdaq is seeking a dynamic and visionary Venture Capital and Partnerships Analyst to lead our efforts in establishing Nasdaq as the premier partner for innovative technology companies. This role involves fostering strong relationships with leading venture capital firms and tech innovators to drive technological advancements and create long-term value for our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage strategic engagements with venture capital firms and technology companies.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for each engagement, involving business leaders in the planning process.
- Enhance the administration of VC visits and tech company engagements with additional resources to document activities and outcomes.
- Foster and maintain ongoing relationships with key partners, including A16z, Sapphire Ventures, and Greylock Partners.
- Drive AI-focused engagements and maintain relationships with targeted companies
- Organize vendor meetings, document meeting details, and publish results to multiple groups, including agenda information, logistics, and other crucial factors.
- Integrate software that correlates with the Listing Team Pipeline to prioritize, gain efficiencies, and report on work done with each company.
- Develop a strong business strategy for each trip, involving business leaders in the planning process.
- Enhance the administration of VC visits and tech company engagements with additional resources to document activities and outcomes.

The base pay range for this role is $50,100 - $83,400. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus / commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
