Job Summary
Pretty much every day, you will help keep public buildings in good condition by doing tasks like cleaning up debris, painting walls, and fixing things that break. This job is a little bit outside, but don't worry, it's not too harsh. You will work closely with your supervisor to make sure everything looks nice and functions properly.
Main Responsibilities
You will be the person responsible for general building and grounds maintenance, repair, and improvements. This includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, basic HVAC maintenance, carpentry, painting, landscaping, clearing debris, parking lot repairs, delivery of paper, lighting projects, and other duties as needed. We are looking for someone who can lift heavy weights up to 100lbs and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty occasionally.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you need to be at least 18 years old, have knowledge of general maintenance and landscaping, and be able to work outside.
