This Senior Accountant role involves providing a range of accounting, financial and operational services to clients, including processing complex transactions, preparing financial statements and supporting clients' accounting functions.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
The ideal candidate will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities will include:
- Completing account reconciliations and recording transactions as part of the monthly, quarterly, and annual adjusting and closing process.
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements and required work papers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field or Associate's degree in accounting or related field plus 2 years of accounting experience OR Associates in unrelated field plus Accounting Certificate plus 5 years of accounting experience.
- 2 years relative work experience as a staff or senior accountant or equivalent.
