We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This individual will work closely with the General Manager (GM) to oversee daily operations, support sales initiatives, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:Operational & Sales Support
- Assist the GM in managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and fostering brand loyalty.
- Help maintain store presentation, merchandising, and inventory accuracy to align with Nashelle’s brand standards.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategic upselling techniques.
Team Leadership & Development
- Assist in the hiring, training, and development of sales associates to ensure a knowledgeable and motivated team.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance sales techniques and customer engagement.
- Step in as the primary leader in the GM’s absence, ensuring smooth operations and decision-making.
Customer & Community Engagement
- Build lasting customer relationships by developing personalized shopping experiences, wishlists, and follow-ups.
- Support in-store events such as Ladies’ Night, Men’s Shopping Events, and other special promotions to drive foot traffic and engagement.
- Assist with marketing initiatives such as social media collaborations, outreach to potential partners, and customer loyalty programs.
Inventory & Store Efficiency
- Assist in managing stock levels, tracking sales trends, and reporting insights to the GM.
- Support the GM in implementing loss prevention measures and ensuring compliance with store policies.
- Help oversee store maintenance, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Retail management or leadership experience preferred, ideally in jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail.
- Strong ability to motivate a team, drive sales, and lead by example.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Passion for jewelry, fashion, and customer experience.
- Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and basic operational reporting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with the GM and broader team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
