Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Accounting Assistant (10 hours) to join our team. You’ll handle essential accounting functions, ensure financial accuracy, and support the company’s financial health.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with monthly financial reports and reconciliations
- Assist with audits
- Maintain general ledger and support month-end/year-end close processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- CPA certification is a plus but not required
